The fixed bridge ultra-high precision coordinate measuring machine supports themeasurement modes such as trigger, scanning and laser scanning. The whole machineadopts the fixed bridge structure, providing a variety of dimensions, realizing the perfectcombination of high precision, high efficiency and high performance, and providing userswith the optimal measurement means.
Ultra-rigid architecture design:
The frame of the fixed bridge CMM is made ofunique natural granite material with low internalstress, which ensures the ultra-high rigidity of thewhole machine, reduces the deformation causedby stress and temperature, and can realize highstability measurement
Super-resolution grating and reading head:
The fixed bridge coordinate measuring machineis equipped with ultra-high resolution grating.which eliminates the influence of temperaturegradient on accuracy, so that its measurementperformance remains stable in the temperaturerange of+19°C -+21C.Super-resolution readinghead can provide comprehensive real-time rasterdata.
Higher stability and measurement accuracy:
The air bearing is distributed on the hydrostaticquide rail of the fixed bridge CMM, which hasstrong anti-interference ability and can achievehigh stability and high measurement accuracyeven in the process of high-speed movement.The X-axis and Z-axis adopt toothless meshingtransmission, and the Y-axis adopts precision ballscrew transmission to further ensure high positioningaccuracy and motion stability. Z axis adopts special low friction cylinder to balance weight, which canoperate sensitively and smoothly in any operating state
